Owner

MaryAnn has accumulated over 35 years of experience in the flooring industry, including 25 years with Carpets Plus Colortile. As owner, she is honored to present a flooring store that provides an extensive product selection and employees whose knowledge is unequaled. MaryAnn is our pacesetter in providing high levels of customer service, quality of products, installation, and selection. When she is not living and breathing flooring she loves to spend time in her lovely flower bed, going to the beach, and being outside. MaryAnn is very passionate about supporting local school sports programs.

Mark, our owner, has remarkably acquired 40 years of experience in the flooring industry, including 25 years with Carpets Plus Colortile. His emphasis on providing a flooring store that is comprehensive, looks great and provides an extremely high level of customer service is his passion. Mark’s leadership and ability to retain information is admired by all who have the pleasure to work with him. Spending time with nature and entertaining family is what makes him joyful. Our local community is enriched for his work with Huntington’s disease support.

Mark has over 38 years of experience in the flooring industry and has been with Carpets Plus Colortile for 12 years. When Mark is not working, he enjoys spending time with his grandkids and watching sports. He is also a member of Smithville Church.

Office and Human Resources Manager

Diane was in Retail Operational/HR management for 20 years before joining Carpets Plus Colortile. She has been apart of our team for over 11 years. When Diane is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking. Diane also loves watching IU football, basketball, and volleyball. She is involved with her church and many of her kids’ school activities.
